Can't login to LOL

When i log in to LOL to play this afternoon i got the following message. "An unexpected error occurred while logging in. Please try again. If this issue persists contact the support at support.riotgames.com". So i clicked the link and it asked me to confirm i m not a robot. then i follow a few tip at the support website. I uninstall LOL and reinstall it again. But still cannot log in. can someone or Riot admin please help me.
