Black screen/freeze whenever you alt tab

Is anybody else getting this? Whenever I alt tab out of the game during full screen 1 of 2 things happens. A black screen or a complete freeze of the game. Only thing that gets it back up and running again is if i ctrl+alt+del league and log back in again.
