Client WIFI-reconnect bugs

Seems nobody noticed or everybody keeps ignoring this problem, although it's been happening several months already.

While playing on wifi, sometimes the connections is lost. Problems occur usually AFTER you have your connection back - and client is dumb enough to not recognize the change.

1. when logging in: sometimes, it writes that it cannot connect to host, although your connection is back, need to restart
2. when loading game: a notice "connection was interrupted" that will close the game appears in the game screen, but usually nobody watches the game loading and minimizes it while it does so. When the connection is lost at this point, it's impossible to open the game window, since it minimizes itself instantly. Need to force kill though task manager and then it let's you to reconnect.
