Cant buy champions

So i buyed a champion(Kled) with 6300 blue essence,my blue essnce from 13864 became 7564 but the champion is not showed on my Collection or when i am about to choose a champ for game.When i press him it gives me the option to unlock him with 6300 again!!wtf???
