NA Transfer to EUW: Client Bugs with Match History, Rune Pages + More

Hi everyone,

I recently transferred my account (ign: Swifthap) from NA to EUW and have found several client bugs that prevent usage of some important pages in the client. There have been multiple other threads about these issues, primarily posted over the last week:

What I've experienced so far is as follows: Match History tab is blank and doesn't show any matches, Champions tab is blank (although once I saw all the champions meshed into the same square once earlier), Rune Pages tab have the runes blown up + can't change between rune pages + can't select side bars to add or select different runes, Masteries tab skill selections show up behind the Mastery pages themselves, Spells tab is stuck on Clarity and is missing a lot of interface, Item Sets tab interfaces are all messed up and meshed together. The Riot Store is working properly, same with in-game functioning and the main homepage; issues have been only on the Summoner Profile tabs.

A commonly mentioned thread between these similar issues is is transferring from NA to either EUW or EUE server. I personally haven't tried reinstalling or repairing my client but I'm skeptical of that working considering that multiple threads have reported trying these solutions without success. I was able to edit my rune pages and do all of these functions a few days ago, before transferring from NA, but after the EUW transfer all of the issues arose at the same time.

Has anyone else been having issues similar to these? I'm going to submit a ticket to Riot as well but I'm not that hopeful to get immediate results. Any potential solutions are much appreciated.

i also have the same problem after transferring from OCE to NA.... really need this fixed riot

I have the EXACT same problem, I even uninstalled & installed the game. Waste of time don't do it. I guess we have to wait till someone finds out how to fix that or for riot give us feedback :\ ....item 3070

I just transferred to NA from LAS and this exact same problem started happening. Anyone found a solution yet?

Same here, after transferring from EUNE to NA. Really annoying i cant even accept game invites, need this fixed ASAPitem 3151

Figured something out. Client seems to work fine until I check match history (mine or someone else's). It would be blank and changing onto any other tab would result in the bugged screens seen above.

I have transfered from EUW to EUNE today and I have same client issues. How is it possible that this was started a month ago with no response from riot at all. Sadness

Have the same exact problem, transferred an account from EUW to NA and rune page glitches as you you said, changing masteries in champ select is glitches and Match history doesn’t show up.

Having the same problem after transferring from LAN to NA. Very annoying that Riot doesn't seem to care about this.

It only happens once you click on match history. You can use all the other pages without a problem, just make sure you don't look at match history. (you can restart client to fix it if you accidentally clicked on it) I'm not sure why it's happening, it's annoying and it needs to be fixed.

I just transferred back to NA from LAN and am having this exact issue. LOL just doesn't care about us i guess. It's cuz where immigrants and they are just Donald Trumping it.

I have the same problem transfering from EUW to OCE please RIOT FIX IT this is very very annoying

I'm currently having the same issue after transferring from EUW to NA and then back to EUW. I cant change any runes or masteries, my profiles looks similar to yours with the giant runes and confusing/messup up profile.

Not sure how to fix this or get it resolved but will update this if I do. Hope you get yours sorted out too!

Yea I moved from NA to EUW about 6 months ago and now when I moved back to NA I'm having the same problem it is very annoying D: Also if u do not press match history every other page works fine.
