[Gameplay] Sivir's Spell Shield doesn't DoT

I have found that Sivir's Spell Shield ability doesn't work properly against Maokai's Sapling Toss. The spell shield will stop the instant damage from that ability. However, when the sapling is placed in a bush first, the sapling deals instant damage and damage over time. This damage over time effect is not prevented by the spell shield even when the initial damage is prevented.
