[Gameplay] Tahm Kench Q+W combo

If Tahm Kench uses his Q W to long range devour a minion/jungle creep, the W cost is ignored and only costs 50 mana for the Q instead of the combined 140 for Q and W.

not sure if intentional but it sure doesn't seem that way since it's not included in any tooltips
