Client Home Page Not Working

Whenever I log in, the home page of my client is just dark. There links, or anything. I cannot pick a side for the Bilgewater Event. Recently, when the event started (Patch 5.14) There has been a giant picture of TF/Graves and a loading bar, but that's it. The store and everything else seems to be working fine though.
