Gragas Q Bug

Played as a Gragas jungle the other day and 5 minutes in my Q stopped working. When hovered over the icon, it displayed a 0 Mana Cost and 0 CD. It was binded correctly and I even tried switching the binding up to see if that did anything. To no avail. I think it might have had something to do with me activating the W and Q simultaneously but I'm not sure exactly. Yea having no Q was not fun. Rage was shared. Blame was pointed. Defeats were suffered.
