Not being allowed to accept matches [CLIENT]

Sometimes when I go to try to find a match, I will get matches back to back, as someone won't accept the match, so it will move me on to the next one, I will get the pop up that a match has been found, but the accept button is disabled. I can't do anything, the bar showing how much time is left remains full, but it is asking that I accept the match. Since I can't do so, I get put back to the lobby and receive a notification that I failed to accept the match. It has happened so many times in one day, at one point, that I received a leaver buster for having not accepted matches.
