[COSMETIC] ...Kinda? Recommended boots when taking Rammus with Smite into a game.

So I noticed this a while back, but whenever I would play Rammus in the jungle (i.e. whenever you take smite), the recommended build has Mobi Boots with Homeguards in the second tier of items. The problem occurs with the description for this specific item. Instead of reading "Grants massive movement speed when leaving fountain" or whatever it was supposed to say, it just comes up as a bunch of code for me. I'm not sure if this happening for others and they haven't noticed it, or if it's just bugged on my account, but it's still messy and I don't believe the fix would be any more than a programmer just looking at it and saying "Hmph, I quoted the wrong code". Or something like that.
