Vayne's condemn visually stops Hecarims E and knocks him back, yet the Vayne player takes the damage and gets pushed back despite hecarim being nowhere near to him/her.

You can flash and he will still hit you. It's a "feature"

What? I just played a game as vayne vs hec top and yeah same thing kept happening yo me even though he was no where close. It does seem like a bug, i mean that doesnt seem fair at all.
