I didn't get my rank banner.

I have been played my account over 2 years, and I played 100 ranked games last season, my rank level was gold 4, but I didn't get my rank banner, and it didn't show in game. Could u help me to fix this? My game ID is QQQQ.

Did you got any ban, or were chat/ranked restrict at the end of the season ?

If the answer is Yes, it's normal that you didn't got anything.
