Frozen Heart

In my most recent game as Singed , I noticed a message from the enemy team saying that my frozen heart item 3110 aura was affecting the entire enemy team across the entire map for a short while. As this was not my personal experience, I cannot accurately verify the credibility of this bug, but I figured I would report it anyway.

I couldn't find a thread related to this bug if one such thread exists. In any case, let this be the starter if anyone else has had this happen to them. If you would kindly direct me to a related thread that I haven't found, please do, and I'll change the direction of this thread accordingly.

TL;DR: Found a bug with Frozen Heart item 3110 affecting the enemy team globally, stats however seemed unchanged.

I also have experienced this. Frozen heart debuff appears above abilities even if the person who has it is nowhere close.

I checked when I noticed this and it DOES NOT actually give the debuff to attack speed.

Still, it's a confusing visual bug.

It's not a problem, It's just a bug. So I'm reporting it. It's visually messy when the game has an error like this, even when no real harm is done, I'm sure Riot cares just the same.
