Heimerdinger's turret visually firing across the map, d

When you get attacked by heimerdinger's turrets sometimes when you leave the range they will still visually attack you but do no damage. This happens when there is not much going on for the turret to do, like not minions in range or you killed the heimerdinger so they should be shut down.
