Team Builder not responding normaly

EUW server, Team builder, loading, after some time just going back to main screen. If Team Builder loads, then it strugles to pick lanes and start queue.

I have the same problems, my friends too. Its really annoying. And IF it works, we either have problems inviting eachother or have to wait in queue for 10000 years. Goddamnit, i just want to play a ranked game rito pls
