[GAMEPLAY] TP on Illaoi's tentacle with new skin blocks you

When I did TP on my own tentacle, my character was unable to move out of it, I even thought for a second that maybe i was disconnected but that wasn't the case at all. You can cleatly see me try to move out of its hitbox without being able to. I managed to jump out of it luckily since there were minions at range for my W. I did TP on other tentacles during this game and another one with still the same new skin but there were no bugs like this one. And as an OTP illaoi with thousands of games with her, i think it's the first time I see this bug so i think it's connected to the new skin. video

Woah. That was weird. See if you can replicate it in Practice tool and post the video with all the details.

Hey Foumofu,

We took a look at this and it appears that this is a champion-specific bug and isn't isolated to Resistance Illaoi. The tentacle blocking champs more specifically will only occur depending on where the tentacle spawns. You can get out of it, but you need to walk in a certain direction. I'm going to follow up with the Champion team and let 'em know.
