Challenger Ahri skin glitched?

i don't usually post on boards, but I've come to notice that the Challenger Ahri skin makes no noise when dancing. I find this odd because the rest of her skins have the sounds. Maybe it's is supposed to be like this? i don't know, just wanted to shine light on the subject
