Game not counting winning matches

My game has not been counting my matches as wins for a while, I'm playing the normal 5v5 games and stays connected until the end of the game, and the win count still remains the same. Also tried uninstalling the whole thing and still doesn't work. Any ideas on how to fix this? It should say 22 wins now instead of 11.
