freezing in game bug

I have had many times where my character just ups and freezes where I can't attack or do anything. My most previous game I went 32-6 as akali and they had NO one on their team who could stun besides an ashe who was dead. Out of nowhere while under turret a fiora dived me and my ashe. When i went to kill her I could not move, and ashe died. Then it happened later on while fighting a diana. I froze and could not move at all and it lasted for about five seconds, a lot longer than most stuns are anyway. I don't know what's going on but it's happened a lot in game and needs to be patched. I do not have any screenshots of it, and there really isn't a way to "make it happen" it just sort of happens. Even the fiora said it happened to her in an earlier game, and it happened to the friends i was playing with.

literally when you play you have a chance to just "freeze" and not do anything for about five seconds.
