Cassiopia R permanent cooldown bug.

So today I came across a bug on ARAM whilst playing Cassiopia. We got into a teamfight. I got stunned then taunted then used my R and died mid animation. Once i respawned and participated in another teamfight. I couldn't use my R even though the icon was lit up.

That could have been a bug with your client, it has happened to me with other champions before with abilities and spells, next time try restarting your game.
