[Client] Garbled/distorted champion select sounds

After joining a ranked champion select screen for the second or third time in a row, the sounds in the client become very distorted and garbled. This seems to happen only after playing a few games, but it is very easy for me to recreate just by playing a few matches in a row without closing the client. Upon joining a third ranked match, the pick/ban quotes are distorted and staticky as well as any music or pick/ban notifications in the client during champion select.
