singed q bugged (turns off when hit by enemy abilities)

this has probably been happening for about a month? and has happened to me personally about 20-30 times. it happened today in a game against jarvan. my poison was on and i ran in and ulted in a team fight and then i realised my poison was off. ive played tons of games with singed and i always know when my poison is on so i know the q is bugged.

whenever it happens its usually unimpactful though because singed q being on or off doesnt matter sometimes. however if it was any other champ that was popular or with a more important ability you would see tons of complaints and it would get fixed. but yea singed q is bugged, turns off when you get hit by some abilities
