Lulu's E ability bugged
On the last lulu game i played whenever i used lulu's E ability on a enemy they would be revealed but they wouldnt morph

Its her w that polymorphs 😊
Lulu's E is NOT a polymorph, her W is.
Perhaps you are a bit confused since Lulu's W and E have differing effects based on whether or not you cast them on allies or enemies.
When cast on ALLYS: W - Gives move speed. E - Gives a shield
When cast on ENEMIES: W - Polymorphs them (they cannot attack or cast spells) E - Does damage, and gives vision
