[CLIENT] Need more obvious notification of pick/ban timer running out

It is extremely difficult, if not paying very close attention, to determine when your time to pick/ban is about to be up. I believe you should make this extremely obvious(loud noises and such), because it has happened way too often to everyone I have talked with. It is extremely annoying as you have to then wait 5+ minutes before you are able to even join another queue, which then takes another few minutes. Please update this as it is EXTREMELY annoying and I guarantee most people would agree.
