[GAMEPLAY] Kalista Rend Reset Bug
When using Kalista's 'e' it sometimes bugs and doesn't refresh cooldown even after killing one or more targets. This requires quite a lot of attack speed built (
these three items -standard kalista build- are enough for me, but i have extra attack speed from both runes and masteries). It is also easier to notice after building Ruunon's Hurricane as it helps you spread your 'e' on targets.
Steps of reproduction I used in a custom game: 1)attacking targets with a lot of attack speed (above 1.5) and spreading your spears on targets with the help of Hurricane 2)using Rend ('e') when you are sure at least one minion around will die from it, but your main target won't die from it 3)continue attacking the main target that hasn't died (Speculation): I believe this has to do a lot with the timing of the Rend in the autoattack animation cycle, if your autoattack is in the air when you rend, it will pull that specific autoattacks spear after it has landed (i.e. lets say 0.3 seconds later than other spears), however after you use Rend, even if it kills a target it goes on a very short cooldown while (I assume) the server checks if it really kills a target. I believe it is connected with this short window of time and the double rend proc. (from spears in the target and the spear that is in air and gets pulled later). I imagine two likely scenarios **a)**the double proc happens within that short window and since the spear from the autoattack pullslater and doesn't kill a target, the skill is put on cooldown) **b)**the second proc happens after that short window and is treated as a second use of the skill.
Notes: it was easiest to do for me while doing it on red/blue buff, however I have done it multiple times on a minion wave (of any size >3) and other jungle camps (probably teamfights as well) in both normal,ranked and custom gamemodes.
