?? Tutorial Bug ??

Recently made an account, started the tutorial, but the end reward is bugged or glitched because it does not allow me to unlock it even though I did the 3 previous tutorials and completed them? I have restarted the client, and still can't access it. Do I really need to go through the tutorial again? :/
