Automatically DODGING QUEUE when I try to edit my runes???

What the fuck. Like literally what the fuck. Are people DDOSing me at convenient times or something??? I click to edit my runepage while in the final few seconds where it says choose your loadout and i'm gone. This doesn't make any fucking sense. It's happened twice now.
