Illaoi's invisible slams

Has anyone else seen this busted crap happening AGAIN? It happened to me and my entire team at least 5 separate occasions in one game. To preface, her ult was used an excess of 20-30 seconds prior to most of these and it seems to be related to either pre-existing tentacles in the bushes or E generated tentacles starting the animation but just immediately coming down. Riot please fix this, it's hard enough fighting her with the Conq rune as it is.
