Only Person in Iron EUW Flex 5v5

Dear Riot,

Why is in that I win my first Placement Match with an S- Rating as Sivir and I end up in Iron 4 as the ONLY Person in the entire Iron Division of EUW? Help me understand why this has happened I do not understand.

Was it your first Flex queue game ever? Because if you didn't play Flex at all last year, you will start your promos at the lowest possible rank now.
