Didn't Get Any LP for Ranked Win When Servers Went Down the Other Day

Working as intended? I was in the middle of a game when Riot took down their servers to reset them. The game finished and my team won, and as soon as the game ended the client closed. Riot said that games should finish normally for those who were in games when the servers were brought down, and when they came back up the win is in my match history, but no LP or IP for it. Is that intended??
