so i got on today totally happy to buy the new champ Ekko, but when i got to the shop and paid for him it charged me 2 times for the single champion what can i do here?

Did you re-log your client to ensure it wasn't a visual bug with your IP/RP?
If so, and you were definitely charged twice, you can submit a ticket to Player Support, and they'll be able to adjust your account so you were only charged once.
With how broken his kit is, there are basically 2 champs in there. Working as intended.
he will be nerfed in the next patch as usual. It is like people forget there was ever a new champ.
They are more often than not released super strong so people will buy them, then nerfed down significantly.
