Video Issues after 8.8

Hello I recently reinstalled the LoL client, previously the game worked perfectly on patch 8.5. Now when I enter a game I am some digital artifacts and the screen is very choppy. I have reinstalled the game and set video settings to low where before I could run at high with no problem and I still have the same problem.
