Can't Log In?

Alright, so last night I couldn't patch (Unspecified Error Occured). I've tried run as administrator, antivirus down, etc. I have tried repairing client (multiple times). I actually reinstalled the game last night. So, that hasn't been working. Then, I resolved this by deleting User Account Controls, but today, the patcher broke again.

Also, I can't delete RADS/solutions, so I'm not sure if that will help fix it.

Basically, what happens is I click the Lol launcher icon, I get this message (http://gyazo.com/1500749273520dfaf10ac320adb36aca) and then if I click continue then I hit launch, the patcher thingy closes and then nothing happens (instead of launching the login screen).
