Leave/afk ban timer apeal

I am actually writing this before the inevitable afk timer I will soon recieve simply because I want this to get a timely answer. I have started a game and my client crashed, when I went to start the client back up again it said that it needed to perform maintenance, it is currently at 0.0% 20 mins later. I have not left a game for any reason in longer than I can remember, I know leaver buster is gonan hit me for this, but I had 0 control over this event and I truly feel as though my leaver buster ban should be lifted as this is clearly a LoL client fault and not my won.

Someone please help me out here.
