Hextech crafting duplicate bug

I crafted project ashe with essence and proceeded to add it permanently to my collection. My client seemed to time-out at the moment i pressed the button, proceeding to give me permanent skin AND one extra permanent SHARD in my inventory. I ensured it by disenchating the shard, got the essence and checked when have i unlocked project ashe and surprise, it was the same day. Am i getting banned for this? I want to set things straight.
