League Hard Freezing Bug or my pc?

Has anyone been having this problem?

I've had it happen to me twice recently. One of them was in the loading screen where I waited for 15 minutes before quitting and restarting. This make me look like I left the game intentionally and even had to type "I Agree" to not leave any more games. Relatively frustrating considering I didn't leave. The other was on TT where in game it just locked up. Everything else on my pc was working perfectly fine. Any advice on how to fix this is appreciated.

Both were fixed when I restarted the in game client.
