[CLIENT] Frequent artifacts while opening / closing runepages

Almost every time i open / close the rune page(s) only the rune page itself artifacts green for a second while the client behind it appears normal, sometimes it's frequent other times it may not happen for a open / closes than comes back.

I only noticed this problem after i got a new monitor, but it does happen on both monitors.

Update: setting the client to the lowest window size seems to have mitigated the problem, 1280x720 and above seem to give me frequent rune page artifacts.

Update; Low spec mode seems to be the only option and works for 1280x720 and above.

Specs:

MSI B450M Gaming Plus Mobo. Ryzen 5 2600 (clocked at 3.85Ghz across all 6 cores) 8GB 3000mhz ram (upgrading to 16GB 3200Mhz CL14 when possible). Asus RX570 4GB factory OC.
