So clubs are back but i have a tiny problem

I was in game and i noticed that clubs were back cause i had a club tag. Before the clubs when out i had to club invites that i kinda just ignored and never got rid of. after clubs came back online i'm guess that it glitched and auto put me in the clubs at least that's what i'm assuming. So i'm in 5/3 clubs at the moment wondering what i should do and wondering if this has happened to anyone else lol.
