Champion (Nasus) not appearing in champ select in Draft Pick

Hello,

I have had two games where I have queued for top lane so I could practice playing Nasus (bought him this same day) and he is not appearing in my champ select. I have looked manually and I have typed his name in the search bar in the upper right corner. I now have a 15 min queue time because I dodged twice to try to figure out the problem.

When it goes from the champ pre-select into the champion ban phase, I briefly see his image appear if I had typed it into the search bar; however, once it goes back to the actual champ select, it is not longer there.

So I am wondering what I need to do to make sure that that champion is present in my champ log? When I am in the client and go to collections and champs it says that I have purchased him.
