Have one lose in my promos when i didnt lose.

I won 5 games in a row in solo/duo and i get into my promos. I won a game again, that was my first game in my promos but when i checked my profile i already had a loss. I can show my match history that i didnt have a lose in solo/duo. I dont want to risk my promos so it would be cool if Riot would erase my false loss, ty.
