Adding my bug report about luancher pixel size issue

Hey there, We've pretty much figured out its an issue with windows 8.

Riot's working on a fix to send out with the next patch, Until then though here's a workaround

Can you try resetting your DPI to 100% and see if the issue persists? To do so, please follow these steps:

First, open your Control Panel. You can do this from the Start menu. When the panel opens, click on Appearance and Personalization:

Then, click on Display:

And finally, select the "Smaller - 100% (default)" option, then click Apply:

Re-launch your patcher after that and let me know if you're still having issues.

I shouldnt have to change my display settings to make everything appear smaller on my desktop just to make the patcher fit the screen. BS.
