[GAMEPLAY] Diana ultimate cooldown not resetting

I honestly can't tell you how to make this happen because Diana's ultimate is so bugged. The cooldown on her ultimate doesn't reset when the target dies before you reach it, and it also randomly just doesn't reset (as seen in the video linked). This happens often and it's really annoying, especially in ranked.
