[Client/server]Queing for soloque while restricted

So i finished my normal draft game because i'm restricted for 5 more wins only to find i had won 22 lp. I thought hmm maybe riot forgave me, but no i was still restricted but the button was available.

How i produced this to happen: -I saw that the ranked button wasn't the usually greyed out and was actually able to click it -menu popped up saying tokewayne is restricted from using this que -qued up for normal draft match and it threw me in soloque

When i tried to reproduce it to test it out it said i was already in a match when i clicked on normal que. So my guess is clicking on the button fools the client into putting you into a soloque que.

Hope you guys find a solution and i was of help :)

p.s. i'll make sure to not get restricted from soloque anymore and improve my behavior :D
