Anivia Passive Description Bugged [GAMEPLAY]

Hovering over Anivia's passive in game comes up with the message "Spell Not Found: Rebirth Marker24999"

I only just noticed today, but my two Anivia games(plus the practice tool to get the screenshot), I got this all three times.
