I frequently load into games and am unable to use my abilities with my keyboard and am forced to click them twice. Even though i can type in the game and to my team I cannot use sums S to stop or any pings. Generally relogging will solve this issue. However in my most recent ranked game I relogged three times and was unable to use my abilities at any point in the game using my keyboard. My team then decided to give up as we did not wish to play out the game 4v5. I have no idea how to replicate it as it happens as soon as I enter the game and on different champions/runes etc. (Aside) not sure if riot does anything like loss prevented for the 5 players who were put in a game that was basically unwinnable from a bugged game. Like how if they dc you can remake but this bug was found out too late to not fix with the relogs for me to leave and avoid the 5 man penalty
