Luncher won't open

Hi ! I want to report a bug that's happening to me, which is when i want to open the luncher, i double click on it, then "league of legends" bar appear and disapper and nothing shows up then. I tried deleting the (lol_luncher) file but the problem still remain. Is there any solution for this please ? Thank you
