Anivia's q isnt always visible after the cast. The affects still work, but you cant actually see the flash frost ball which makes timing with the stun harder than it already is. This issue has ben going on for about a week now and still no fix. RIOT WHY YOU NO FIX THIS?!?!?!?**Anivia **
