Kennen Ulti bug

So while playing a game earlier today, The friendly Kennen ultied and i didn't notice the indicator of the ulti. It happened again and i didn't notice it either. So after the game i went to the replay and it did show the indicator there.

Idk if this was a one game thing or something that just happens for me so i thought i would just post something here
