Sivir Pick Bug?

Hell, my name is Recon and I'm a Silver 2 support main.

Whilst queuing today I noticed some thing strange in a lobby. An adc tried to pick Sivir and for some reason it just sat at zero for about 5 mins and then it dropped the match. I don't know if this was just a lobby bug or a whole game bug, but I think it should be hot fixed.

It isn't a bug, a hacker group called poodlecorp DDOSed... no worries.
